Our plan is to:

• Increase community awareness and support of the center, its missions & goals

• Develop partnerships with existing organizations who share in our vision to help our community

• Provide a multi-use facility for local and surrounding community use

• Purchase equipment and supplies to support curriculums and programs

• Develop an ongoing revenue stream to cover program & operating costs

• Provide a variety of programs to meet the diverse needs of our youth, elders, and adults alike

• Develop volunteer programs with recruitment, training and controls

• Develop policies, procedures and management systems and controls
